You receive 100% refund in case the tour is cancelled 72 hours prior to the start time of the tour. You receive 50% refund in case the tour is cancelled 24hours prior to the start time of the tour. If the tour is cancelled in less than 24 hours prior to the start time of the tour, then you are not entitled to a refund. If your cruise ship does not dock at the port on the designated date then you will be fully refunded (100%).
